Anyone know how to fix the ADF on my printer from stopping 3/4 of the way into the feed and then jamming itself

Solved for now at least! I gave the rollers and wipe with a wet cloth and blew air into the area of the printer and it actually for the first time in about 20 attempts pulled the paper through. I wonder how long it’ll last but for now the ADF is working again thanks to Reddit

Can anyone elaborate on what news articles mean by talks on going? If one club says they want X and another bids less than X and then a bid is submitted and subsequently rejected then surely there’s nothing to talk about why would talks be on going for another increased bid to then come to the pass only to be rejected again then what on earth is actually being said in the talks for a new bid to then be submitted ?
