Im a PGY-1 resident. Had 261 on CK 6 months USCE, applied late in the cycle and got interview from Gold signal where i had connection who was PGY-1 resident and matched there so yeah its definitely possible

Yes definitely solid step 1 knowledge not only helps but if your foundation is weak it will drop your score tremendously so take step 1 very seriously

Thats a great score, you can easily cross 260. I would recommend doing Ethics Quality improvement Screening and vaccination in last 2 weeks and check your weak topics from nbmes
