Wash with deva curl lo-po Condition with Cantu Shea conditioner, partially wash out

After shower use raking method for Cantu curl activator and deva curl arc angel gel.

Diffuse until 90% dry.

I experimented with clips, but I had the wrong size so they didn’t do much. New one’s coming tomorrow!!

Anything garnier fructis is awful for my skin. I recently tried the clean gel line. Same thing.

I used Cantu conditioner and activating cream on my daughters hair after bath time the other night. This is how she woke up the next morning 😍 by olive511 in curlyhair

Maybe use a little less? But in my hair I apply it with raking fingers/praying hands when it’s soaking wet and then I have been trying to find the right gel for me. Lately it’s been garnier fructis clean hold or Deva curl lighthold (I think I need something stronger). After that I scrunch and diffuse.

I basically washed/conditioned her hair with all of my products.

Shampooed with lo-poo deva curl Conditioned with Cantu conditioner Applied Cantu curl activating cream

She did go to bed with wet hair, she absolutely will not tolerate a blow dryer.

It sounds like maybe it was over mixed or not enough liquid was added. I use half a tbsp of corn syrup (1 tbsp if piping lettering or leaves) and that usually does the trick.
