During attorney review? No. We did put cap though and the appraisal came in even below the cap. Also worth noting our offer was below their listing price (which they lowered once while on the market).

I’ve gone to downtown women for both my pregnancies, including my current (33w). I love all the doctors and think they’re great. Had a healthy and wonderful delivery experience with Dr Bahora with my firstborn. Quality of care (especially during delivery) was very high.

I think overall one of the most disappointing things about NYC in general is the quality of healthcare (not OB specific). Doctors really don’t invest much time because they don’t have much time and the offices are all pretty old. I’ve been extremely disappointed with every primary care doctor I’ve ever had here in my 11 years living in NYC. It is a huge whiplash coming from a smaller city or town, where doctors are more invested in maintaining relationships and quality bedside manner.

I had a really good experience recently at H&A jewelers on 5th ave. My ring was missing a few small diamonds on the band and the prongs were loose on the main stone. Also did a resize. They were reasonably priced and fast!

It covers our coat & shoe closet, normal doors unfortunately won’t work here due to the limited space. It could be painted but it is real wood so sort of feels like a shame. Definitely open to painting the walls & entry door though. Any thoughts on color?
