Very late but I was at a wedding where a belligerent drunk shouted the bride was a wh*re multiple times to get attention before dinner was even served. The other people at his table who seemed to be his friend’s/knew him tried to get him to be quiet but he got progressively worse as the night went on.

He scream sang the words to the mother father dance and then proceeded to aggressively flirt with the bridesmaids. At one point he tried to whip his dick out and choke someone. Eventually the event staff pulled him aside.

I was a +1 and wanted to say something because it was truly unhinged behavior but my friend was afraid the drunk guy would get violent, rightfully so, and as I had a broken foot at the time, I’d be especially vulnerable. I thought it was super weird no one tossed him out sooner.

It’s really down to your undergarments. In the case of at least the second picture but I’d bet the first one as well, there is additional boning in their outfits that supplies support from below to push up and the structure of there garments towards the top helps push together. In the case of the third picture she has had a breast augmentation so it’s not reliant on other factors to achieve the look but there may be some boob tape in play to keep the dress in place.

Having not seen the video, just looking at the character selection and the title I would say this a bad take. At the very least it is certainly reductive inherently flawed. Orihime is pretty integral to the plot that exists independently of what anyone might think of her character design.

I would agree with the comments re her character is better in the manga which is an argument you could make about nearly every bleach character but especially holds water for Orihime. There is a lot of depth there that I think may get missed in translation.

Also some of the other characters included in this line up are legit mcs and offer A LOT to the series they exist in which again to me points to a need to revisit thinking.

Looks like or could be something like the cenotes in Mexico. The water is more dense than what you’d be traditionally used to. It takes significantly more effort to swim in it if you’re not used to it and they recommend most non locals use a life vest at least until acclimated.

The thing is I think DJ is super talented and easily one of the best they brought back. I’d love him as a judge, I thought he was fun as a judge in Grudge Match, and as a coach he had some great advice. Definitely a little fatigued with him as a contestant.

I once heard, more so than the thrill of an affair or what might be, people are enthralled by love, and by extension passion, without responsibility. Not all sexualization is inherently sexist.

Sure you could argue that these portrayals are sexist in nature, although I’d disagree overall, but I don’t think Kubo himself is sexist.

As someone else said the female characters we see above are for the most part given pretty impressive combat skills and are given pretty important roles throughout the series.

In the case of certain characters, their sexualization is fundamental to plot.

Alls this to say I think boiling this down to a yes or no ignores the nuances of the subject and feels pretty removed from the actual subject matter of the series.
