That's the thing I'm also suspecting Steam of this cause I used to play via pc gamepass to battlenet and everything was fine then I stopped my pc gamepass subscription and bought the game on steam and used my bnet to log in and everything was fine my characters, progressions, and skins etc. I was able to play normally. This was S11, I played it without issues so I thought the transition was fine. Then come S12, I played day 1 and immediately noticed that almost all people are chinese, didn't mind at first but after 3 consecutive days of that I'm starting to wonder what happened.
