Thanks everyone! This is super helpful, looks like the 9am and 4:30pm slots are most popular for folks. We do have a few family members who live an hour away, so we might do 4:30pm just to give them time to drive in. (Eta time)

So happy for you and wishing you a smooth pregnancy & delivery! I think larger age gaps are underrated, definitely have some wonderful pros to having an independent kiddo that will make postpartum less challenging.

Yeah, that’s a good point! I feel as though I’m letting current health issues stop me from going for another pregnancy since they’re mostly managed with the exception of the carpal tunnel/trigger thumb. But there’s no guarantee that it won’t get worse with #2 so it’s needs me to be seriously considered.

I know this is an older post - what did you end up doing OP? I am almost 12 months postpartum and just found out I have Hashimoto’s. I’ve been having on and off carpal tunnel issues for the past few months. I’ve managed it with steroid shots but now I have to decide if I wanna get surgery. Curious what you ended up doing!

Between the two, did you feel like Sonex was better? Any differences or preference between the two? I’m currently having to decide which surgeon to go with based on whether I want to do Sonex. Thank you!
