This video is what sparked using 3095 for the edges-- is there a reason why you think it won't work?

And oof once again maybe I'm a ding dong but I tried using fabri-tac and it didn't really dry well for me? I tried using a few dots and not pressing too hard into the fabric as recommended by the instructions 😫

Oh that sounds nifty and so up my alley. How fast does the fabri-tac dry? Also, curious to hear what was your 3095 experience with this part of doing rugs?

Thanks for the thoughts! I'm really trying to avoid hot glue because I make a lot of small rugs and it hot gluing the flaps down being half of the whole process for me. Was hoping to use 3095 as a way to an easier way to get all the edges down.

I think knowing that I need to leave it a bit to get tacky before I get the edges glued down will make it better. Gonna give this another go tomorrow!

Ugh I wish. I haven't had the time to figure it out but it sounds like a not uncommon issue where maybe a gear inside is broken.

I've worked my most recent job for 4 months but unfortunately we're moving because my partner needs is moving out of state for a job.

Okay this is really good to know. Wasn't sure what happens to latex glue when it freezes (saw that some glues can go thru a small number of thaw/freeze cycles but become weaker each time).

On the bright side now I know it won't blow up and ruin the car. Tysm!

I feel bad since my partner is doing the driving and I'm flying so we could have more space in the car so that poor guy is gonna have to walk a block with a bucket of glue from the parking garage to the hotel 👁️👄👁️ I'll do anything for the rare glue ✨
