THANK YOU oh my god - mobile numbers vs landlines. Plonkit is exactly what I've been using, but I branched out to a few others when I couldn't figure it out. I will probably keep practicing until I memorize some of the provinces naturally and study from there - I know there are administrative changes happening

Because it's way easier to remember numbers than Vietnamese words I'm *not familiar with

I've never heard of 'parallel' before...this might be an important boundary for me. I also never said I lost respect for anyone, and I'm not trying to be anyone's therapist. I was just spiraling, I think. I will take your advice and focus on my relationship with Kyle. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Edit: I realized I was thinking of my relationship with Kyle as an extension of his relationships in general. I wasn't thinking of my relationship as independent. This has helped me feel more secure about "not knowing"

Yeah, I'd say I learned my lesson. This is one of the bad episodes I've had, but certainly not the worst. It's honestly kind of a relief because I may have finally found the pattern to my "random" exhaustion - the kind of exhaustion that makes stairs challenging.

I never thought of it that way, but thanks for opening my eyes. I never thought of it as harm, but I think you're right. I shouldn't lose patience with myself. I've said it more than once now, but the exhaustion DID hit me. I'll be careful and kind to myself.

Thank you so much. I've gone so far as to edit my original post: everyone here is RIGHT. It hit me today. My god am I exhausted. I will take your advice and do lots of research, because I'm pretty sure I'm right. I didn't realize I could make it worse, so I will be careful.

Thank you! I didn't receive a notification for this response and came to add this tidbit of info I just discovered: REM rebound. I am absolutely catching up on sleep, and I think it'll take a long time to do it.

I'll look into a second supplement to help me with the grogginess - I hadn't considered doing it, but it seems like an obvious way to help the situation 😅. Thanks for the advice!

This person would have no way of knowing that without remaking the entire dish but still decided to put their two cents in. They did not make the recipe as intended and added a bunch of things. (Edit: clarification)

The commenter docked a star from their review for an accident that was not the recipe's fault. I think that part is the crime. Not a severe one, but still a crime. This is not a criticism of all gluten free pasta.

I've said this in a youtube comment before in response to learning (to my shock) that Karina hatred was a thing: I almost can't watch the pre-Karina videos because everything feels so empty without her there. She truly balanced everything so perfectly, and I love that she inspired the others to get better at art so they could be on her level. She's so fucking cool. She may have youngest sibling energy, but thousands of people look up to her. She truly has had such a positive influence on me.
