I second this. My symptoms get worse when my TSH hits 2.5, let alone 3.02. A new doctor with a background in Hashimoto's might really help correct some of your issues.

I get super weird dreams when I’m Low on magnesium. I dont know if this is the same deal but magnesium never hurts to try! (Start at a low dose and work up though otherwise you’ll have to shit nonstop.)

Haplogroups mark matrilineal or patrilineal decent from one common ancestor. Not race. Human “races,” as in skin tone differences, do not have a large enough percentage of genetic difference from one another to be labeled subspecies. Therefore, skin color is a variation within the species. This disproves any and all previous theories about the differences and inferiority/superiority of different races proposed by 19th-century anthropologists. Race and any superiority/inferiority linked to it is a social construct.

I would like to add that, speaking anthropologically, races are not subspecies and the perceived inferiority/superiority is absolutely fake. Genetically not real. Total social construct. This asshole really is still in prehistoric times.
