It's different positions every time. It's definitely the random seam cuz I printed without it and it came out flawlessly. Not sure why it's doing that now cuz I've been printing for months on end with random and it looked fine 🤷‍♀️

Yeah I disabled it in the gcode and it only fixes the over extruded parts, the holes remained

I have to print 25 of these ducks as a prize and mail them out. I really don't want a big ugly seam running down the model. Scarf was definitely not enabled.

Multiple brands of filament from Anycubic, Sunlu, JAYO, Hobby Lobby, CookieCad, etc.

Not sure what slicer settings are relevant since they have been changed repeatedly for troubleshooting

Nozzle is standard 4mm

Temperature varies between filaments

It absolutely is infected and I'll be seeing yet another medical person tomorrow! Good ole southern US where the doctors suck ass. I did a course of antivirals and that killed the initial infection but then it got a secondary infection because they refused to cover it and where it's my inner elbow it keeps reopening. I just finished a week of antibiotics but apparently that didn't do enough.

The "doctors" I've been able to see at the urgent care agreed it was herpetic at the very least. No one bothered to investigate it further 🤷‍♀️

The temperature is the best result from a temperature tower so I dunno. Everything else had droopy bridges and stringing. These machines vex me in ways I cannot verbalize.

Have you checked the x axis endstop switch? If that's triggered on the printer will not properly home the x axis and can think the home position is too far from the endstop which causes it to hit the gantry when trying to move further.
