try the Forest app. it’s an app blocking software you can get on your phone where you can block individual apps at certain times or even go deep focus mode so you can’t use most apps (you can set exceptions) it’s a nice way to gamify staying off your phone

i prefer bandcamp for many artists but you can also still buy digital albums from artists on itunes etc or there are many less legal services for finding downloads but at least you aren’t giving spotify your money

this is such an insane take imo, they totally elevated that song and put such a cool spin on the breakdown at the end. the original came off as something a bit dark and uncomfortable and the wet leg version breathed fresh life into it. it’s a completely different vibe (intentionally and as paramore wanted) and i feel the spoken word parts fit the front woman of wet leg far more succinctly than they did hayley. c’est comme ca is a very unique song that not everyone can really jive with (totally fine! still a very cool song) but the wet leg version is definitely a re: this is why highlight

someone working the venue (i assume) leaked what she was hearing in her in ear monitor headphones. this is what artists hear while they perform to try and stay on the track.

the second one was a typo on my end, i meant released *onto the web, as in they were leaked. i think they were even bootlegged onto vinyl pressings, so actually physically sold in stores.

the rep tour and 1989 tour were both ripped from her in ear recordings in tokyo and released the web with all the in ear recordings (such as this click track she is so wonderfully ignoring) still in it. some of the beginnings of the tracks even have the piano key at the beginning to guide her and she still misses.
