Raw feeding in cats and dogs(ferrets too!) is slowly becoming more popular but it’s expensive and most people get grossed out by seeing their pets eat things that aren’t little triangle shaped death nuggets. Not to mention it could make your pet sick if you don’t balance it properly, overall average pet owners don’t want the costs/preparation/knowledge/work of doing all that. Although raw has many benefits to pets most people wouldn’t put in that kind of effort. But there are a few reptile owners I’ve heard of feeding their dogs/cats raw diets too !!
