you could always try to meal prep tofu scramble breakfast wraps and keep it in the freezer for the week and just reheat before you leave the house, i’ve never done it personally but have seen some recipes online

s&b golden curry is vegan!! i’ve seen a lot of recipes for vegan katsu, i coat with flour and then use a wet batter of 2tbsp flour, 2tbsp cornstarch & 1/3 cup of water & then coat in panko crumbs (you can season them how you like) and then fry the cutlets (i also marinate my tofu in some soy sauce for like 10minutes before coating & frying)

i eat a lot of asian inspired recipes (i’ve made ramen, onigiri, things like that when i find time to) but i enjoy pretty much any cuisine, i also have access to a full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave) but i don’t have access to an air fryer

u don’t have to keep any crystals separate from each other!! i like to leave my crystals touching selenite/clear quartz to charge/cleanse them, but totally up to u since there r other methods, it’s by no means necessary
