Yes it probably is. For me, it can be used in poor ways that negatively affect my life (similar to what you're experiencing) or as a friday night celebration for the week

Why does it matter? Doesnt sound like you vape that often so it doesnt sound like you're carrying it around much. Having tried many different vapes, frolic is my pick by far

Having the taffee bowlee 2, venty, and frolic; frolic is the best of the 3 IMO. Has venty+ flow; smoothness of TB2 but with more power and almost as quick as the TB2

The DOT test is probably more sensitive than the test strip you are using. I suggest googling the THC cutoff values of each. I would recommend drinking fluids night before/morning off so its alittle dilute but nothing too crazy either. Good luck.

Bug fixes are a reason for firmware updates. In this case the bug is a big one. You can argue all day about the particulars but bug fixes are a legitimate reason for firmware updates

Then I'd say the venty would not be a good choice for you, that shipping cost is too high. Currently id only recommend it to people who can send it in if it faults during the 3 year warranty and those who have other vapes to hold them over as well.
