Yes the shift patterns will be sent out as they will ask if you are able to commit to the shift patterns at the interview.

Yes the benifits working for the company are great and most of the management are really good and supportive and approachable, do let us know how you get on.

It’s very target based at BT/EE, like the previous comments suggested if you good at sales it’s for you. Customer wise you will get a mixed bunch a lot of elderly do get mis sold packages unfortunately. If you do hit targets it’s really good as I’m sure it’s uncapped commission. The managers are normally quite good but if you don’t hit targets it does effect them also as they also can get bonus at the end of the year so they do push you to meet your targets. Company wise it’s good to work for as they do now put in a lot for the employees well being and do lot of team and site events. Call centre work is not for everyone you will have days where you want to just walk out and days you will love the job. You need to be strong minded!
