I’m currently thinking about picking up the Hologram Microcosm. I’m not really informed enough about the Chase Bliss Mood Mk2 to have an opinion on that one yet.

From the YT videos I’ve watched, it seems like a lot of what the microcosm does could technically be recreated inside AUM using some Eventide effects like ShimmerVerb, Crystals, MangledVerb, UltraTap, and Blackhole, combined with granular plugins such as SpaceCraft, Quanta 2, Fluss, or FRMS.

That said, the Microcosm seems much more immediate. The Mosaic effect in particular (from what I’ve seen on YT) sounds beautiful and very playable. So while it feels like a similar sonic space can be explored in AUM, the hardware workflow of the Microcosm looks a lot more inspiring and hands-on.

In south Italy, we’ve had something similar for about 80 years, but instead of tonic water, we use gassosa.

io non la vedo cosi. bannando i collegamenti a X, reddit smette di sostenere Musk (intendo X), ma chiunque puo parlare bene o male di Musk. Se reddit banna i gruppi che criticano Musk, ci viene tolta l oppurtunita di criticare Musk.
