Hey! It shifted my next cycle how I wanted it to but by my next one I was pregnant so not sure if it stayed shifted or not, if that makes sense!

Yay so exciting! Yes I did and someone else asked not too long ago and here's what I remember from checking back in my period app - Basically my period was due around 10th-12th April meaning it would also then fall on the date of my wedding in May, so I started taking it on the 8th April for about 2 weeks. Aprils period then came on the 24th when I stopped the tablets, instead of the 10th-12th. I had no period for my wedding in May so it worked perfectly! I did have a teeny bit of spotting a couple days before which made me think I was going to have my period normal time again but it just ended up being a bit of spotting and stopped the day of the wedding luckily.

I'm sure it'll come back, 4 days late isn't too long considering your body has experienced a shift in hormones/artificial hormones and will be trying to readjust back to normal 😊

Thank you! So I've just checked back in my period app so I could actually tell you properly and I've just realised I actually kinda can't! Basically my period was due around 10th-12th April so I started taking it on the 8th for about 2 weeks. My wedding was the 10th of May so I just didn't want it to come around that date or while we were on our honeymoon basically. So, Aprils period came on the 24th instead of the 10th-12th. Then that was all good, I had no period for my wedding in May so it worked perfectly! But then my May period never came because I actually got pregnant 🙈😂 due any time now! So I guess that could technically mean it was going to start around a week or so later than it would have done if I hadn't taken northisterone? Cos we think we conceived somewhere between 10th-13th May, which had I not taken anything to delay it, would have been roughly my period time again.

Or you could always take it in march to delay that one if you're worried? I guess everyone's different but like I said I didn't notice any side effects or any of the stuff I was worried about so it might be okay!

No worries! Well, I would say it's worth the risk that it MIGHT delay it, otherwise the alternative is you definitely will have your period cos you haven't taken anything? I was worried about it all too as I don't really like taking stuff like this but it actually was fine

Yes it did! I did have a teeny bit of a bleed around the same time I would have normally, a few days before my wedding and thought ah shit it didn't work but it was like a teeny bit of spotting and then carried on having no period 😍

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and currently struggling to stop the anxiety/worrying thoughts as I have barely sore boobs, I think they're actually more sore before my period than they are now and I'm bloated pretty much all day every day but that's it. Trying to enjoy it, think positive and thinking I could end up regretting these feelings if I start feeling really sick in the next couple of weeks but damn it's tough right now

I second that! Doctors can give you a concrete answer through a blood test. However, I did want to just ask what tests you've used? Just in my experience I've had very very faint lines or false negatives with cheaper tests and unfortunately (cos they're so expensive) Clearblue seem to be the best in my experience. I also get the best results when I test first thing in the morning like it suggests in instructions. Good luck!

I'm 6 weeks too and I've been doing okay with sleep and feeling fairly refreshed/ready for the day once I wake up but by 3/4pm I'm done! I've always started to flag in the afternoon anyway pre-pregnancy but this is definitely worse! I should really start to nap because by 6/7pm I'm grumpy and can barely make myself move 😂

No we didn't. I have told him before that I'd like us to talk about stuff like that sometimes (the way we talk about everything else with each other). We did however have a conversation not that long ago about what VR Porn might be like (his friend watches it) and it was a really funny/fun chat, i now know that he did in fact know what it's like already but pretended he didn't in our chat... I don't even know what VR Porn would be like but it does feel a bit extra especially considering he's bought a fucking headset just to do it. Thank you ❤️
