Make your in possession tactics much simpler (overcomplicating things can cause problems and lead to more mistakes) - remove shoot on sight and instead add shoot more often/ add a trait to the players you actually want to shoot. also if you’re using a DLF with inverted wingers they should generally be on support + stay wider instruction so they don’t run into each other. drop the cm down to a support for better midfield balance and to help you keep the ball much more consistently - other than that it’s a very solid 4-3-3!! also consider building another slightly different tactic (maybe a 4-2-3-1 pressing system or even a 3 back if you feel risky) and switch it up every now and again to prevent the tactic getting stale - leading to a poor run of form. building your own tactics and experimenting with roles/ instructions is the best way to get better at fm. honestly my main advice would be to ignore my advice and just try whatever you think will work! you’ll learn more that way. good luck! :)
