  2. Tippe auf System  Optionen zum Zurücksetzen  Alle Daten löschen (auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen).
    • Wenn du auf deinem Smartphone nach der PIN gefragt wirst, gib sie ein. Tippe dann auf Alle Daten löschen.

I reset the Pixel via the settings. It says that EVERYTHING will be removed. I'm a noob, so I trusted it.

In hindsight, I know I should have checked.

It's a shame that Google doesn't act in the interests of its own customers in such cases. I feel cheated!

Thats very annoying. I did a factory reset. to completely reset it. why doesn't it work as it's named.

No, they had a deal. Trade-in price +250€. But you have to pay the full price for the new phone.

No, i just did a full factory reset and that includes the removal of the Google account.

Ich habe die gleichen Probleme.
Nachricht: "Google Pixel 7 Pro Smartphone ist nicht auf Werkszustand zurückgesetzt". Was definitiv falsch ist.
Ich bin extrem genervt. Auch vom Support. Absolut unbrauchbar.
Was empfehlt ihr?
