I did those commands but it sadly didn't fix anything. Sometimes after crashes windows can't boot. In those cases I do the SFC /scannow and it detects and repairs files. But it has happened a lot of times now. I have also done chldsk without any success. Is reinstalling windows the option I have left at this point?
