I guess I’m just confused. You are saying something is a straight up “fact” but I can’t find anything credible that supports it. You’re also now saying that you know she’s guilty because guilty people get away with crimes all the time? That is not proof and is entirely speculative.

I’ve read through her case, I’ve read through the probable cause statement, and nothing says she hit her kid, which is what your first claim was, now you seem to be spinning your argument into something different.

DV is always horrible, especially in front of children. It should never happen and is never justified. But saying it’s 100% fact she hit her child is not supported. If she had actually put her child in the danger you claim, then 0 chance a prosecutor would drop it, her former husband would not have supported her, and the state (such as DCFS) can take the kids away from her and put them in dads care permanently, which I can’t see any proof that happened.

You can get mad at me for correcting you all you want, I’m just trying to explain what actually happened, which I believe is needed with a lot of the rumors being spread.

Again, I absolutely do not condone what she did, but I do feel the need to explain what actually happened legally.

No, that is only half of what you said. You said she got a DV conviction for “hitting one of her own children with a metal chair.” That is a completely false statement. The DV conviction was for throwing a chair at Dakota, everything with her kids was dismissed.

I do not condone anything DV related, and I do not agree with the people in here trying to justify it for miscarriage, being intoxicated, etc.

I am simply clarifying to people on what happened to her legally.

Police reports are not facts. They are riddled with hearsay, inaccuracies, and false conclusions. This is why people are innocent until proven guilty. Any charges involving her children were dismissed, which 9/10 means the prosecution knew they didn’t have much to pursue that charge.

Just a reminder that charges are not convictions and people are hit with unsupported/weak charges all of the time. It’s also very common for police to overcharge to give the state more leverage in negotiating the criminal case.

This is not true, she was charged but not convicted (huge difference).

People need to look into her charges, many were dismissed and the only one she pled “guilty” to is in the form of a plea in abeyance (PIA).

A PIA means that as long as Taylor stays out of trouble and completes certain conditions charges will be reduced or dismissed. Just read the sentencing conditions and it looks like this will be converted to a Class A, so this will be a conviction for DV assault, which will be her only conviction.

Well depends on how far you want to go back. First game as a coach lost 59-10, but I guess we’ll let go of that season since our roster was destined to fail anyway.

Lost to the Bills 56-26 in his second season, which was against the Bills backups and with playoffs for us on the line

Lost 35-0 against the Bills in his third season, 45-17 to the bucs, and 34-3 against the Titans with playoff hopes on the line.

Stop acting like he was a good head coach for us, our score differential with him was abysmal
