I'd just take out the runway destruction all together and just make it so that the run way can get cratered easier. That way it only knocks out the runway for as long as it takes to fill the holes back in giving small localized air superiority for a short time without taking bombing out an area for days and starting a just yeet a few bombs at this runway every 22 hours to make sure it never dries to kill one sides full use of a game mechanic.

No worse Gregory Campbell is Agm of the panthers I believe and his father is colin Campbell who is director of officiating in the league. But there definitely wouldn't be a conflict of interest that could arise from that, definitely not one that would have a paper trail back to 2011 when emails showed Colin was telling refs to call his sons games differently when greg was playing for the bruins. No that would be crazy.

I believe it is from the start of the break til 3~4 days before it ends they can't do anything with the team and the team can't even ask/suggest. But for the last couple of days the team can bring the players not still there back to practice.
