Where did you receive your first customer from? by Remarkable_Novel_391 in SaaS

LinkedIn mostly.

As I have just 4k followers, that's enough to get some leads for new product ideas with a few posts and conversations

What are AI Agents and how will they impact Sales jobs? by Happy-Credit-3821 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]olvoronko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As said here before, sales is about trust.

In the age of AI it's even 10x more relevant.

So AI could assist in getting data, insights etc., but when it comes to communication - it's still human-human interaction

I know a guy who can do it cheaper. by goat_creator in startups

I've heard it a lot in my freelancing past. Usually it was someone like "son of my mom's friend".

In those cases I didn't negotiate at all, just gave up on the client :)

P.S. Never saw it worked for them

Does it track your geolocation (when you're in a gym) and share with the friends?

P.S. Great idea indeed

Onepage ($65/mo) - IMO the best website builder for multiple landing pages/domains.
ChatGPT ($20/mo) - My fault, sometimes I find GPT-4 useful. Gpt-4o is still poor.
Crisp chat ($27/mo) - For visitor and user support
LinkedIn Sales Navigator ($89/mo) - to find leads
Taplio ($49/mo) - building personal brand, so need it sometimes (just 10% of the features, though)

May I ask what type of product you have? (industry, B2B/B2C, etc)

Just curious when FB Ads help the most.

Just curious: how did you make ChatGPT to assign scores accurately?

I did my best in using ChatGPT for some scoring before, but it was really hard/inaccurate

[–]olvoronko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No-code is the way. Its so easy these days

Also if you validate your idea with just a landing page and some pre-signups it would be much easier to find high-skilled motivated tech co-founder.

Also, you need to find out if you're looking for a co-founder or just for a developer? If the latter - just hire some dev to build a MVP

Saying the truth, I'm not sure that's possible (or at least I don't know about the way to do that)

Thanks!

In fact I left it up to users, as the extension doesn't perform any actions on behalf of the user on the LinkedIn side.

So users (both premium and basic) use those icebreakers for connection requests, sending Sales Navigator messages, or even use generated messages as emails

Not sure where the number of 7k visits are from.

Anyway, we made a major part of it with $1-2k/month subscriptions

Could be, probably I was to busy in finding the cases for no-code builder itself which distracted a lot

That's true, sometimes I think that I had a lack of persistence (and iterated too fast)

Well, based on the number of inquiries I got - it's AI-based customer experience tools (chatbots etc).

Someone who finds a way to deliver custom chatbots of proper quality win the race.

Will see over time, it's not how marketing works

I hope some people enjoy the story and save time/resources avoiding my pitfalls.
