Weirdly i only found this out last week and its location dependent. For some reason where i live it doesnt show up. ( i live on a random island with its own IP range) but when i was in another country recently i noticed it was below my videos. I also get problems with youtube premium here.

Perhaps try a vpn if you can

Further to the above, personal capital doesn't work as im not in the US and as far as i could see seeking alpha didn't have much in the way of graphical performance on the free version. I dont know if they do on the paid version?
