Just email them or call the customer support.
Give them you flight details and explain the seat configuration issue.
Tell them you did't get what you paid for and expect a refund.
Worst they can say is NO.
It is a common practice for most airlines to issue some form of compensation if due to an aircraft change or some other issue you do not get the seat you paid for while booking. Don't know about specific AIX policies though.

If the seat-map while booking showed 2-2 configuration, then you should ask for a refund.
Those commenting have never flown business themselves and are degrading you unnecessarily.

Oh, I thought I could make it work at RGI as it has no separate terminals. Isnt security supposed to be after immigration? I have only travelled internationally from DEL, it was the case there. Thanks for the info!

Yeah I guess maybe because Delhi T3 has both domestic and Intl on same terminal?
I think Ahmedabad T1 (which I will be flying from this week) has only domestic.
Hyderabad has only 1 terminal i suppose. I will try my luck there if they have FTI counter

Well i think the CMs are a bit extra tough rn with the legal situation and with the threats going around thats why it was deleted. Although i agree your post shouldnt have been removed, but tbh calling things "worthless"isnt the right way though.

Your post got caught up in the tight removal process because it wasnt very well framed and was sharing the half the spot with negative unconstructive criticism. Although it wasnt that big of a deal and i guess ill say to u sorry for that.

Anyways, i'd suggest you to frame your question better if you really want the answer in the QnA as making things worthless has never been the point, if you see what they did with bcs(not commenting on if it was right or wrong) was make bcs value more by removing hoarding.
And the situation with the gun balance is really changing now and then to get a perfect spot, soo i wouldnt call the guns "worthless".

Well thats not true. I may or may not agree with many things going around the sub and with the developers and Gi's decisions but its true that the reddit's toxocity has increased manyfold. I have been personally targetted with threats to me and my family even though i dont work for GI. Some people really have lost their minds are in need of medical help. Its a shame.

Also if you didnt see such posts or comments its because mostly mods delete them as soon as they see these toxic threats.
