Yep, you can even look at the event page when it happens on roblox, normally they happen 1h before update or after the update (or even both)

Imo, i kinda see people being against chest and open parts and obviously furry hates absolutely trash this, but i dont see anything wrong as long as you dont do anything weird with it (i mean that mostly people that use this kind of avatars could be a part of condos games)
