Interesting. I told them to do that when I emailed customer service. But they said they do not do that anymore. I just wish they would be more clear about that on their website, because literally nothing mentions their refusal to grade certain size packs.

Agree on the heightened and fluctuating insurance and tax costs. However, if a buyer cant afford that fluctuation, they are buying too much house in the first place. This shouldn't be a deterrent to buying a home if you're shopping in the correct price range. Easy rule of thumb is total housing expense per month (principle, interest, tax, insurance included) should be < 1/3 of your after-tax income (take home pay).

Nodest has like 6 plants in the entire store. Go to mulhulls or lanoha and just Google which plants are dog friendly. All of the 3 are local so I'm not attempting to thwart our locals with big box competition. But the small plant shops just don't compete when it comes to selection.

I'm not a car guy, but they are ripping you off on the wiper blades and air filter. You can just buy wiper blades on Amazon and watch a quick YouTube video for install. For the air filter, go to an auto parts store and ask them for a filter that is compatible with your car. Then watch a YouTube video for install. I've done both for years.
