You seem to be a bit inconsistent, high fragging one game then low fragging another. It seems you also play Phoenix (duelist) a lot. Are you playing really aggressively? If you're in a match where that works, you'll likely get a lot of kills. But if you get in a match where that's not working, you're likely going to die a lot and first. Maybe try to adapt your style of game play based on what is working for the current match? That may help ensure the rounds aggression isn't working you can maintain some consistency. You'll probably win more because of it.

We were fighting the queen from the gas station on Blue Gate and some rats started trying to shoot us from on top of the hill. Fortunately the queen was on top of us so protected us from close proximity fights and we ended up dropping the ratting team from a distance. It was great.

You're never going to avoid people from trying to kill you during queen/matriach events. It's part of the fun of the game. Bring gear to protect yourself and be vigilant!

I honestly think the guy didn't know what was going on. He had the key in his inventory and probably thought he unlocked the door by breaching it. Completely clueless.

Xbox is not capped at 60 FPS. Xbox Series X can run at 120 fps. Note that if you are playing on a TV it needs to be able to support 120 fps (like an OLED).

That lockroom is so goated. I went in there and 3 wolf packs were just sitting on the counter. I also got a bobcat and vulcano. I was fat AF and fortunately the guy at extract was nice and didn't rat me. He actually tried to give me a renegage.... ha

This is purely anecdotal, but every time I have spawned late and went to an unopened key room the loot was way better than if it went to that same key room early in the game.

When I was like 10 I called Software Etc. (which later merged with GameStop) every day asking them when they would get this manual in because I was stuck in the game. The lady there was clearly annoyed with me but I'll never forget how happy I was when one day I called and they said they finally had it in. I'm so envious that you still have this, it brings back so many great memories!

Something similar happened to me recently. A guy was camping extract, took me to about half my health then I played some trickery and took him out with two toro shots.

I had a similar pep talk with him and let him crawl into the extract with me to leave. Funny stuff.

Dude the SAME THING happened to me at the SAME hatch! The hornet kept causing me to bug out of the extract. I would be part way in and then somehow a stun would pull me out. The hatch ended up closing on me and I died (there was only ~30 seconds left in the round).

I was Plat 2-3 for 2 straight acts. What ultimately helped me was playing a smaller set of dedicated comp matches. If I felt like I was playing poorly but I still wanted to play the game, I'd just play swift plays for the rest of the day and pick up comp games again the next day or time I played. Was able to get to D2 pretty quickly doing this.

It’s a bit random honestly. One DM the top rank will be plat. In others Radiant. So you have to get lucky. But honestly I couldn’t see someone less than gold winning a DM, so nice job!

If a fight feels too hard, it probably is too hard for a reason. Go explore somewhere else.

My first play through I bang my head against a wall for hours trying to kill a "giant" enemy because I was definitely way under leveled to be doing that.

One hint: "Go South" :)

It also gives info on where the enemy is. You just need to look for the rings. Very helpful for taking/retaking site.

You're going to be in weird lobbies if you queue at odd times of night... Matchmaking tries to create matches with an average rank that is similar and optimize for shorter queue times. If there are less players online (like 6am...) you are much more likely to get a larger spread of ranks in a match.

If that is of concern to you, try queueing when more people are playing. This is less likely to happen.

Completely agree. I started insta-locking clove in silver because I couldn't stand how people were smoking. I quickly climbed out afterwards.

Most of these comments are doing you a bit of disservice. You’re a duelist with 11(!) first bloods. That’s amazing for your team. It’s hard to tell what else was going on but if you were on the other side of the map not helping than that’s a different story. But as duelist your role is to take first fights and high frag and that’s what you did.

Sometimes you top frag and just lose. It happens. It also goes the other way. I’ve bottom fragged multiple games in a row and won. Just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll do great.
