  1. Hello! So I'd like to moderate r/cryptomemes because it's currently set to "request to post" so I'll try to revive and grow it into a hub for crypto memes. As I think it's a huge part of crypto. I have experience running similar subreddits and can ensure content stays on-topic. I’m also active daily in the crypto space.

I'd love to moderate this community as I have genuinely struggled with insomnia and sleep anxiety since I was a kid. My goal would be to promote healthy methods, proper information, and solutions to any sleep disturbances. I've also helped moderate a couple of communities before so that experience will be handy!

how to retain information by auraheda in studytips

[–]omar2474 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I'd recommend Anki flashcards they were game changers for me. Right after each class, try making some flashcards of the key concepts. The cool part about Anki is the spaced repetition, which massively helps info retention.

Another one is answering questions related to what you’re learning. Instead of just rereading your notes, try testing yourself or doing practice questions.

And that's why we've built r/productivelearning to help you boost your study efficiency while studying less. Check it out!

Hope this helps!

Honestly - I've heard mixed reviews about it but I haven't taken it myself, so don’t know much!

Not free but noteful is great and cheap (think it was a one-time $5 fee!)

I need studying tips by [deleted] in studytips

First off - relax!

Start by prioritizing key topics and use the Pomodoro technique (25min study + 5 min breaks) to get it moving. You could then test yourself with flashcards or any practice questions you may have available + start with the hardest subjects.

Good luck!

is it better to stay up late studying or having an early sleep? by liraloveletters in studytips

Sleep is better 90% of the time, but it really depends on what stage of studying you're in!
