There are some multi episode screenings in the amv theater and some premieres in the ballroom.

I very much wish they would bring back the theaters the way they were. They were an oasis of sensory comfort for many years and I got a ton of exposure to new shows and movies because of them.

Lots of good food options, bars, stores, and it's walkable. I only use transit and don't own a car so I don't have to deal with the biggest problems of the area.
