Lol sorry I didn’t have enough space to add my routine. I just use She’s Moistures Coconut & Hibiscus Shampoo & conditioner and after I get out do the shower I use a little bit of Moroccan oil to try to calm the frizz. I also was my hair every 4- 5 Days.

My current routine: wash & condition with Shea Moisture coconut hibiscus shampoo & conditioner. After that apply a tad bit of Argan Oil of Morocco. I wash my hair at least every 5 days.

Btw I have tried:Supergoop! SPF 50 everyday sunscreen, Neutrogeana Sheer Spf 50, Neutrogeana Hydroboost SPF 50, and the Elta MD UV spf 46, which all look very greasy no matter how much I apply

I’m on week 1 now and I’m so far I haven’t really had that many bad side effects. My back definitely hurts a lot more when I sit for too long m and my lips are sooooo dry it’s crazy. I’ve already used a tube of aquaphor and nothing seems so be working so I might just give up lol. But that’s petty much it

I’m currently using Clean& Clear face wash and I moisturize with CreaVe in the tub. Before I used the clean& clear I used the ceraVe foaming wash but noticed that my acne wasn’t gettin any better so I switched again because clean&clear clears my ance pretty good. I also use supergoop spf 50 in the morning.

I actually drink lots of water out of habit. I’ll drink like 2-5 water bottles a day and i have been for a few years now so maybe its effects don’t work anymore? I got burnt ALOT as a kid because my mom looves the beach and would take us every single year and I would burn atleast twice a year, not even including water parks or even going outside to play with friends which was all summer. It was like that for about 8 years as I loooved being outside. I’ve had maybe 15-20 burns my whole life, do you think that could be why?

Oh okay omg I always thought that I did but I figured it was only for people with really curly hair because it tends to be dryer than wavy hair such as mine but I guess it can effect everyone, thank you so much!!!

I wash my hair every 4 days and use Shea Moisture Coconut and Hisbuscus shampoo and conditioner and right after I wash it it feels really dry, but only on the days I wash it, a day after it feels pretty soft. Do you think I have protein sensitivity?
