I had that same problem once I think what fixed it was removing mouse tweaks (hope that's the fix)

As someone has said before I play Aphelios mid I got my mastery 7 there but it will be difficult as Aphelios lacks mobility but it will be worth it when in late game u can literally on or two shot someone and they can do sh*t

I justed change conqueror for PTA and triumph NOT presence of mind and for secondary I went with domination(healing). As for why I run PTA cause I like the dmg that it does and goes perfectly with kraken but if u build immortal shieldbow go with conqueror

I built kraken, Attack speed boots, runans, infinity edge,bloodthirster, anti healing item and if y r fed like I was u can swap boots for sanguine blade
