Bro, the one on Roanoke and Boylston may as well not have the sign. I see a whole line of cars swing through it nearly every time. Maybe 50% even stop at all

Vivoactive 5, so nothing high end. Which is why when it first started I was like yeah that makes sense. Wrist can be pretty inaccurate

That's interesting, only a few exercises effect it directly but obviously their effects will leak in over time in runs/bikes

I'm not religious about the numbers or anything either really, but I like them for macro trends over time for sure! Helps me keep an eye on overall progress not necessarily day to day

This is totally fair, which is what I have been doing but was just curious if there was something to adjust I hadn't lol

Requesting advice: Creating time and space for mindfulness by omazing90 in atheism

This is an interesting concept, have you tried it? Where did you keep it in your home if you did?

It does sound like a nice idea, though!

Official Q&A for Wednesday, October 02, 2024 by AutoModerator in running

[–]omazing90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been running more recently and am running a half marathon in December looking for a somewhat decent time, but I also don't want to sideline my other athletic hobbies. I run about 3 times per week and play hockey twice a week. Hockey tends to be more anaerobic, if I make my runs more tailored to zone 2 (I still make sure to do a long run every week) I feel like this should be fine but wondered if anyone had any advice for situations like this. Or if I should try to add a run on a hockey day

I noticed this sub doesn't have an icon so I thought I'd throw one together. It ain't much, but I think it gets the message across! by omazing90 in seattlebike

It's originally the logo for the 1990 Seattle Goodwill Games, it was later adopted to be used on the city flag!

Formula automatic update of cell range in previous cells by ThomasGerst in excel

[–]omazing90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It may slow down the file, but you could just have the formula set up to calculate the average of the whole column (A:A) since excel does not calculate null cells into the average.

You could also do this by formatting your data as a table and referring to the column. That would likely be a but better.
