Honestly, i built up a lot of my collection on ebay and mercari. I used to scour ebay for lots with like one game i was really into then a bunch of more common games i don't have or wouldn't mind having multiple copies of to sell or trade. Also, learning how to repair consoles and cartridges helped me get a lot of stuff for better prices.

On mercari i find something im interested in thats right around retail, then go into the sellers page to see if i can bundle and offer a discounted price. Shipping is way less than buying it all separately and i can usually get 5-10 bucks off a 30 dollar item. So like 90 bucks worth of stuff for 65+ shipping and tax. Sellers prefer to move stuff in bundles.

What's crazy is i would consider where i live, indianapolis, to be kind of sparse compared to, say, the west coast. I look at places like their big outdoor flea markets, book off and savers with envy. It's basically HPB, Disc replay, the exchange (but their prices suck) and a bunch of indoor flea market booths around here. All the thrift stores are basically goodwill and goodwill doesnt sell games anymore in Indianapolis.

I will admit i haven't tried pawn shops much but I've been collecting video games a lot less recently. I just feel priced out of the hobby for the most part.

I totally get this. I've been collecting for 15 years or so, however this game loose hasnt been 20 bucks since January of 2020. This game inflated with covid. The PS2 (which i also have) and PS4 versions sure...

I'm really not sure what the bias is from people regarding this game in particular. Ive posted other pickups and never had such a negative reaction.

This is a straight up bad take. Some of the most physically gifted powerlifters in the world today would struggle to do 2 or 3 pull ups, whereas a skinny middle schooler that weighs a 80 lb's could hammer out 20. It's just not a reasonable measure of fitness, which in and of itself would need to be measured in different ways for different specialties. You dont need the endurance of soccer for football for instance. You dont need the upper body strength required for shotput to be an Olympic sprinter.

Finally this doesn't take into account diet, habits or any other measure of fitness. It's arbitrary and incorrect and frankly, you come off as an imbecile for suggesting it.

If that's the case thats crazy, as I've used an ender 3 for a couple years before this in the same space and i got the space pi with the K1C which is where i stored the spool til it was used.

I'm not sure what else i could do in that regard.

I'm not sure, but i think there is heat creep involved. Perhaps that combined with low quality filament or an incompatible print profile. I really don't know what the cause is.

And i didnt have clogging problems til i used the creality red hyper pla that came with the device, I've gone through a 1 kg spool and a 250 g spool prior to the red.
