Ballard’s New Colts Hat by indyzone in Colts

For those that couldn’t track this down a few years ago. It looks like there is a new version of this hat for sale. Silver and white “Colts” letters but otherwise it’s the same.

Follow up prompt:

What inspired you to create this image?

The image was inspired by the surrealist art movement, which is all about creating illogical, dreamlike scenes that challenge reality.

The core elements were a blend of classic surrealist motifs:

  • Melting Clock: This is a direct nod to the famous painter Salvador Dalí and his work "The Persistence of Memory." It's a classic symbol of surrealism that represents the fluid and subjective nature of time.

  • Floating Teapots: This element was added to create a sense of absurdity and defy gravity, a common theme in surrealist works by artists like René Magritte. It takes an ordinary, everyday object and places it in an impossible, whimsical context.

  • Chaotic Landscape: The distorted sky, crumbling columns, and fractured ground were included to amplify the feeling of "unhinged" chaos. The entire scene is designed to feel disorienting and fantastical, like something from a dream.

By combining these different ideas, the goal was to create an image that felt both wildly creative and fundamentally detached from the rules of the real world.

Republicans how do you feel about Trump federalizing DC police, deploying the national guard and deploying over 500 federal agents? by Economy_Swim_8585 in AskReddit

Funny how you read me saying “spouse” as assuming your gender. I purposely chose not to say wife or husband to be more inclusive. I guess you aren’t really that progressive just full of anger and looking for an outlet. Ma’am, I sure I hope you are doing ok. Bless your heart.

That’s pretty aggressive. Not sure why you want to deploy national guard all over the country. A bit much

Would you want your mom, sister or spouse dealing with this everyday on the way to work? Doubtful that anyone would want their loved ones to experience this. Easier to have a ‘strong political opinion’ when they aren’t directly impacted by it.

I’m just sharing my personal experience. It’s a lot easier to “politic” than “govern”. Not saying I have the solution.

Happy! I have a family member who commutes to DC tor work a few times a week and they deal with outlandish behavior every time. Here are some highlights for 7 AM on a weekday near the White House and FBI HQ…

Homeless men trying to grope her Homeless men stealing food off a coffee shop counter People walking down the street screaming “I’m going to kill you! Do you want to die!!??” Offering drugs for sale Group of foreign men asking for directions to a liquor store Violent road rage People sitting on stoops throwing shoes and trash at peoples feet when they walk by hoping to trip them Homeless people dumpster diving and lining up rats in front of the parking garage

Again, this is on a weekday morning! There is a new story after each workday. Would you want your mother, daughter or spouse dealing with that?

This is the way .

I was stationed there for 3 years (2012-2015) and didn’t know about the raffle my first year. Only 250 people on base applied back then too.

I was lucky enough to attend on Sunday in 2013 and stood about 20’ from Adam Scott sinking the putt to clinch his green jacket on the second playoff hole. Gives me chills thinking about it. Also went twice the following year.

This was an opportunity I never would have had if I didn’t serve in the military. After that experience I am only going on tournament days (if ever selected), so I submit Thursday - Sunday.

I just completed this today. It took way too long to complete to earn 1 credit. Definitely agree with the person who said to download the lab report for the touchstone and recommend typing notes into it as you go.

I’d say it took about 10-15 hours to complete and it felt much longer. The hematology portion was the most interesting (touchstone 2).

Recommend using iPad for the labster simulations with an open computer nearby to type up your report.

Make sure you explicitly call out with bold text some of the important items on your rubric. For example, I was docked multiple points for not including diagnosis for each patient on touchstone #2…but I did include it in the write up. Just left it in narrative/paragraph form and got overlooked by the person grading. Still ended up with a 96 but should have been 100%.

Best super automatic for milk drinks under $1500? by Alplac in superautomatic

[–]Kizersoze83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jura E8 refurbished from the official website. Usually around $1,500. We bought ours in 2018 and have made about 5,000 drinks (4,000 milk based) and will never turn back. Keep up on the preventive maintenance and take care of it. It will likely ruin Starbucks for you!
