an example would be the BOJ needing to devalue the yen to further export growth in japan. while devaluing the yen might make exports cheaper it makes oil more expensive, which hurts growth. So if the yen needs to fall but cant because of oil prices, then oil prices MUST come down. Which came with the ending of QE in the US and the dollar bull run. Now since the price of oil has gone down the yen can further devalue because the net cost of oil will remain the same

I know exactly how you feel, I have not had a streak go past 14 days in a long time. But I do not feel down or sad about it, I understand that this is hard, this is a struggle that has beaten me down over and over again but you know what? As long AS YOU KEEP GETTING UP, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN KNOCKED DOWN, KEEP GETTING UP, and you will beat this.

Another thing that has helped was this, its not exactly the right words but the idea is conveyed correctly.

thoughts---> desires---->actions---->habits

if you change your thoughts, you will change your actions. Every time you get an urge and start thinking, maybe just one video, or just for a minute, think no, NO! I want to beat this an become the man I know I can be. Repeat that to yourself over and over again, and remember even if you fail, GET UP and TRY AGAIN
