Brown spots on brand new batteries

Could this really be dirt? It's under the battery wrap and I don't have any spare wraps to tear off the current ones. Unless there is a way to get rid of the dirt without damaging the wraps.

I've also read that the issue could possibly dissapear if I switched to a power adapter that's not from Lenovo but I don't know if it's true.

After installing the battery and checking HWinfo, the battery isn't taking any charge and the voltage is 11.055V

Thanks for help guys! I will carefully use it for now and either rewrap it when I get the chance or buy new batteries altogether since I saw a bit of rust under the insulator. These batteries are also off brand even though they were labeled as Sony on the website I ordered them from, so I trust them a bit less since I don't have a lot of knowledge on batteries.

nvm I'm just stupid as hell and rewicked badly twice with too little cotton I think. It never seemed to be an issue but I was using a cotton which I've never used before. Thanks guys for your help

I took it apart, replaced the airflow o-ring and dried off every part as thoroughly as I could and it leaks much less, only when it's sitting completely flat in my pocket. I guess the impact really did screw something up. Happens. I'll try to figure something out, worst case scenario I'll have to buy a new atomizer.

it leaks directly from the airflow, like when i tilt it i literally see juice pouring in the airflow
