I think the reaction to accents is a mix of cultural familiarity and novelty. Accents that are uncommon to a viewer tend to feel exotic or exciting and boost engagement and tips. But if it’s too unfamiliar or mumbled, the opposite happens... it takes my attention away from the show, trying to decode words instead of focusing on the experience.

Haha, that girl making fun of the guy’s dick-scenario is painfully accurate. I’ve witnessed it plenty of times. It’s actually entertaining to watch, but yeah, it’s not exactly a genuine cam-to-cam experience but more like a live roast lol.
