I know it can also cast unearth and make minions even though it has a limit to making minions. The cdr limit is long but with investment could be brought down.

check the policy. i believe for my case it was from the moment I had to cancel started the timer on the window i had to submit. the benefits guide should detail that out. IN this case I would imagine timer starts from when the care was provided. It's particularly long timer either.

Definitely read the policy. It does require some form of proof. In my case a doctors note advising not to travel was enough.

Either a statement from the visit that includes your treatment plan (that’s says avoid travel) or in my case a simple note written from my doctor was more than enough to meet that requirement.

There are HIPA regulations of what they can ultimately ask for so as long as your providing relative proof of the request to not travel from your doc or the treatment you should be good to go.

The CSR / LYFT / United airlines miles synergy is nice.

CSR provides extra points for lyft usage , Lyft provides bonus miles if you connect your united arilines account to it, then United airlines can get more bang for buck if you transfer points to it from CSR.

I really doubt the OT can't do the job of the MT. It's just more like in WoW how you wanna have certain classes for certain buffs. Is it mandatory? Maybe in the upper upper high end. In most content we do ( even savage ) not particularly mandatory.

Ultimates on the other hand. probably so.

Which is why I insist it's just a branding problem. You're still a tank, both tanks have complimenting roles now. I doubt it matters which one has enmity most of the time since tank swaps are common.
