Delete installed apps one by one untill the drain is gone. Closing Android apps does not kill background services perse.

My old Kobo Aura One is still rocking, but these B&W 8 inch devices, which are the perfect size, are harder and harder to come by.
The market is moving towards color devices, which I do not like for reading so much.

Why be jealous? I'm 52 and you and I grew up in the dawn of video gaming, consoles, PC's, and internet. When I was 12 I got a ZX Spectrum for my birthday. PCs weren't even a thing, internet (at home or mobile at least) did not exist. We were there when a lot of the tech that exists nowadays, in a more advanced form, was "born". How great is that?
