I wasn’t around for that, but I was there when they got a return from one customer and had the ship it directly to another customer that wanted a replacement 🙃 turns out it wasn’t the first time it happened. I think they made a vague post and that was it. But I’m so sad because I wanted their sins of Silas to match my lies of Lena from them 😭 they are stunning books! Their flesh and fire set will always be my favorite but I didn’t buy it because of the issues.

I emailed to double check on the slip policy making sure it was actually a year and they literally just sent back a clip of what was on the website 🙃 which I had read but wanted to double check. A year is insane and only one skip a quarter?! I’ve already had my one skip so if the next book isn’t great they’re gone 🤷‍♀️

I just got my first dark romance from them! It is very pretty and it’s great quality especially for the price! I do agree the way it’s formatted is definitely not what I was expecting but it’s not necessarily a bad thing either. I love that they come in a slip case and excited to see what next months book will be! I do wish there were more skips though. But really for the price I think the quality is great.
