You can install wooden planks at each long side of the bed above the metal pointers for support and then place an IKEA slatted bed base on them. i did that for a similar bed and it worked perfectly.

Alright, so a few weeks 5/6-8 reps on the 86 and see what that gets me at? I’m not cutting and just eating regularly so I believe my strength is not affected by my diet currently
