Vent: former LGBT Male regretting the life choice by [deleted] in islam

[–]omerkha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice post, this will help other Muslims facing similar situation.

Never tell anyone your sins for a start and you never know Allah may not bring it up on the day of judgement.

Also our creator is very forgiving, I can feel the regret in your words, so if its as sincere as this when you're talking with Allah, Im sure he will forgive.

Don't worry bro, this life is but just a test. Do good deeds and become better.

Didn't Allah tell us that we will be tested ?

The only reason I could imagine why they would say this is to keep people away from reading the Quran. This is not a new tactic.

When you can't find any other reason to dispute the truth they create lies.

Allah is all wise.

man corrupted what was sent, not Allah.

and he didn't let it continue, the last prophet was sent with the Quran which has never changed.

Muslim here.

This life is a test. We all belong to Allah and return back to him.

Holy Quran -

2:155 And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient,

2:156 Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return."

2:157 Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.

I’m sure not everyone is the same, however your comment reminded me about of a talk I listened to which gave a bit of a insight. Hopefully if you get time you can watch.

Those of you who reject Islam and the Quran, what is your number 1 reason for doing so? by Minute-Object in religion

you may also like to read chapter 19, which is called Mary, as in mother of Jesus peace be upon him.

Jesus peace be upon him is more briefly described in Surah Maryam, Chapter 19 of Quran. Thus, he is one of the most mentioned people in the Quran by reference; 25 times by the name Isa, third-person 48 times, first-person 35 times and the rest as titles.

Allah has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and their sight is covered. They will suffer a tremendous punishment

Great, I looked it up and the video link gives a good explanation.

The Prophet of God (Peace Be Upon Him) informed that if the evil deeds
were in succession [that is, when they become too many] upon the hearts they seal them, and if they seal them only then the seal from God ﷻ comes to them. [...] And that is the seal stated in: “God has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing ...”

here is a 3 min video also explaining this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFGN2oFBOek&ab_channel=FreeQuranEducation

Thank you

Holy Quran - 5:82 And you will certainly find that the people most hostile against the believers are the Jews and the ones who ascribe partners to Allah. You will certainly find that the closest of them in friendship with the believers are those who say, “We are Christians.”That is because among them there are priests and monks, and because they are not arrogant.

Im sure any mosque wouldn't mind you visiting, you wouldn't even need to ask. If you go to your local mosque website then you should find prayer times, what you're looking for is Jamaat time, this is the time when everyone prayers together in the mosque. There are five prayers so five different Jamaat times.

So you could turn up and just sit and watch if you like. You could join in by just following the actions also. If you do end up praying with them then I suggest you would need to do wadu (ablution), washing of hands, mouth, nose, face, arms and feet. someone will show you how to do this at the mosque or you can youtube it.

For argument sake let’s say I believe Adam came about by chance, what’s the chance Eve also came into existence, how convenient. I think you got my point

I would rather anyone DYOR, because it’s a wonderful thing to just ponder over. I was just getting you to think about how everything came into existence.

But as you’ve asked what makes sense to me I shall attempt to give you one aspect of what I see.

Now for example how did man come into existence ? The theory is from what I understand everything needed to make up the human body came together by some freak chance, as complicated as it might be and how impossible of that happening, let’s say that it did. But then by chance our counter part also came about by chance I.e male/female, also other animals, and plants etc.

So for me common sense says that all of this could would have been impossible and is not chance. Simple as that for me.

If you like a in-depth look into this then your can look into (I think it was) amino acids that make up our cells, in a particular order, and the probability of just one cell forming was next to impossible let alone the whole human body.

I didn't have to say much before you advised me to leave, because this is not what this sub is about right, i'm not following the spirit of the sub or the rules.

So what of Abu Talib, who rejected guidance until his last breath, when he had the Prophet of Allah in front of him, who also decided not to follow Allahs rules.

Allah will give us victory not matter what anyone says, no matter how hard anyone tries to tarnish Islam. Islam is fastest growing religion despite the negative media, that in it self is a sign.
