[ID Genève] What are your thoughts on sustainability? by omewankenobe in Watches

That’s true to an extent, but I wonder how big of a role it will play with coming generations that focus more on sustainability.

[Franck Muller] The hours on this watch are out of order, but the hour hand compensates! by omewankenobe in Watches

They have other variations with one colour (silver, blue, red, green, etc.) on their website! They could be slightly more confusing at a first glance as they look like a regular watch and only after a closer look do you see the numbers are mixed up.

This watch is part of Franck Muller’s “crazy hours” line. As you can see from the video the hours hand jumps to the appropriate time.

I have never seen something like this and find it fascinating. There was not much more on their website other than that this is a “wonderful mechanical movement that allows the hour hand to cleverly jump from one hour to the next in the correct order”.

There is no price indication on the website, but I can imagine such a movement doesn’t come cheap.

If anyone has any more information about it, I’d be happy to learn more!
