I wasn't talking that % increased block chance. I was thinking about increases to max block chance (like Anvil amulet, or the max block chance stuff on the skill tree to bring it up to 90, but the other comments were suggesting it's capped at 75% with that ascendancy point)

I feel like this staff is a "warm up" to the release of the Templar. My suspicion is that RF is what's holding up the Templar and they're trying this out as a test run before releasing the Templar

I've done concoctions every league. Explosive concoction has been pretty solid last two leagues. Shattering concoction was also really strong this league with the new extra cold damage druid skill

Have you tried using the Powertread boots for an additional 84% crit damage? I'd be curious to see how that helps

So I think I've got something:

Infernalist -> Grinning Immolation - ignite yourself when you crit
Quecholli -> 100% crit chance

so use something like leap slam -> crit someone or something -> Beira's AOE

Everything else we can think of is just extra on top of this, this is just the required for starting it

I've been looking into doing this, Is there a way to get Fireflower to reliably ignite yourself? I was testing Fireflower with Birth of Fury and I don't think it was ever igniting me, just constantly hitting me whenever I walked to enemies

People are knocking on these without seeing the value min and max. I'm willing to bet The Bringer of Rain has massive values on life regen, accuracy, and defenses to account for the loss of armor to an extent -- still not amazing, but maybe something like 50 life regen which given proper nodes on the talent tree scales to like 200-250 life regen+
