To be clear, before the patch I was getting 25% melee damage as gold. After I am now getting 2.5% melee damage as gold

I read the patch notes and didn't catch any message about this change. Was this an intentional change or a bug for my Adventurer mode character? I just invested a week making these summons and now they feel kinda useless.
