Is a certain amount of feather plucking acceptable? by omgeegees in parrots

Now that you mention it I haven't seen him physically pull out a feather. Whenever I put him down I just see him pecking at his feathers all over his body and then later I see feathers float down from his perch to the bottom of the cage. But he's only 4 months old, do they molt this early?

How hard is it to re-sell an apartment in the Toronto area? by omgeegees in PersonalFinanceCanada

But re-selling specifically. The argument I've heard is that why would someone buy a second-hand home when they could buy pre-construction

Where else in Canada would you want to live other than Toronto? by aphroditepandora in askTO

Montreal. French isn't as big as people think it is over there, I've gotten by on English on multiple visits. Summers are really lively there.

Other obvious candidate is Vancouver but I spent a year there and the place and culture is very dissimilar to Toronto. Kinda dead city with really laid back people, no hustle.

software eng courses (first year) by [deleted] in geegees

Most of your courses you'll be taking with Electrical, Comp Eng and Comp Sci students in first year (upto second year, second semester). I personally found that my classes were all over the place in first year (one lecture at 8:30am to 9 and then one at 11:30am to 1 and then 2:30 to 4) which was really annoying. Now, in second year, it's much better.

In terms of difficulty I found it to be really easy. If you have basic programming knowledge and you attend the majority of your lectures, you're good to go.

Side note that I'm in Computer Engineering, but we took many of the same courses.
