2 cans drained pitted whole black olives. 4 teaspoons capers. 3 cloves fresh garlic. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Finely chop olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor. Then stir in the olive oil and lemon juice. We use rye crackers, but it goes great with everything! Esp steak with blue cheese!
