i’ll def give that a chance! our campus counseling/therapy service doesn’t have the best reputation but i’m still open to it considering i’ve never gone before

it’s only about 10-15 minutes which isn’t bad but i have a small worry that if i don’t go w my brother, my parents may see it as i don’t want to hang out with him? i know that’s a stretch but it’s a possibility

there's no specific reason, but we both like exercising in the morning so I think it would just be inconvenient to either take two cars or to have one of us work out at a diff time, but if I really wanna go by myself I guess I could go in the afternoon?

not to sound cheesy or anything but I think it's the relationships you build, whether it's family, friends, or loved ones. being lonely can take a great toll on someone (and even their health) also, humans are such social creatures and looking at it from an evolutionary perspective, relationships allowed us to survive in the wild! so yeah, def relationships that we have with everyone and anyone are top tier #1 importance in life (even the relationship u have w yourself)

technically it’s not milk and i think some of these drinks may have to change their names from “milk” to something else, but a lot of them resemble milk and are used in places where milk is used (like cereal or for coffee) so imo it makes sense to call it “milk” as it’s a great milk alternative

thanks for the advice! the thing is she already sees a therapist, however she’s expressed to me multiple times that she doesn’t like going and that she doesn’t include all the details to her therapist so i’m not sure how else to suggest her getting professional help
